Expired Session

When you work in Sage One Accounting and the system does not detect activity for 2 hours, it will log off.

The following message displays, informing you that your session expired.

If you were busy processing transactions and your session was interrupted, the system will save the transactions. When you log in again, the system will ask you if you would like to restore the unprocessed transactions.

In order for the system to save unprocessed transactions, you have to use one of the following Internet Browser versions:

  • Internet Explorer Version 8 or higher.
  • FireFox Version 3.5 or higher.
  • Chrome Version 4 or higher.
