Changing your account details

There are administration functions available in Sage One Payroll. Any changes that you make will not only apply to the company that you are logged into, but will be applied at an account level.

If you want to update or change your account details, you can do so by clicking on Maintenance…Account. The following screen will display:

The My Account screen has the following accordions (tabs):

  • Account Details
  • Residential Address
  • Postal Address

Account Details accordion

Click on the Account Details accordion. The following screen will be displayed:

Field Explanation
Account belongs to Select whether the payroll account belongs to a company or to a person.
Account Name Enter the name of the account in this field.
First Name Enter the name of the contact person of the account in this field.
Surname Enter the surname of the contact person of the account in this field.
Contact Telephone Number Enter the contact telephone number of the contact person of the account in this field.
Email Address Enter the email address of the contact person of the account in this field. This email address will also be the login email address.
Billing Details This information will display as soon as you have updated your information. You can use the Site Code when you contact support.

Residential Address accordion

Click on the Residential Address accordion. The following screen will be displayed:

Field Explanation
Address Line 1 Enter the physical address of the company in this field.
Address Line 2 – 4 If the company has more than one address line, enter the additional lines in the Address Lines 2 – 4.
Suburb Enter the suburb where the physical address is situated.
Country Select the country where the physical address is situated.
State Select the state within the country where the physical address is situated.
Postcode Enter the postcode where the physical address is situated.

Postal Address accordion

Click on the Postal Address accordion. The following screen will be displayed:

Field Explanation
Same as above Check this check box if the Postal Address is the same as the Residential Address.
Address Line 1 Enter the company postal address in this field.
Address Line 2 – 4 If you have more than one address line, enter the additional lines in the Address Lines 2 – 4.
Suburb Enter the suburb where the postal address is situated.
Country Select the country where the postal address is situated.
State Select the state within the country where the postal address is situated.
Postcode Enter the postcode where the postal address is situated.

Click on the Save button to save the details.
