Adding a new leave transaction

Adding a new leave transaction in the Leave Summary screen:

To access the Leave Summary screen, click on Leave…Leave Summary. Select the company from the Company drop down menu followed by the employee in the Employee drop down menu:

Click on the Add New Leave Transaction option or alternatively, select the circle below the day in the month on the calendar for when the leave should start. The following screen will display:

Complete all the relevant fields. Note: The leave amount taken is in days. Click on the Save button to save the leave transaction.

Adding a new leave transaction in Leave Overview screen:

To access the Leave Overview screen, click on Leave…Leave Overview. Select the business from the Business drop down menu:

Click on the Add New Leave Transaction option or alternatively, select the circle below the day in the month on the calendar for when the leave should start for a specific employee. The following screen will display.

Complete all the relevant fields.

The leave amount taken is the number of days taken. Click on the Save button to save the leave transaction.
